Do you intend to stay with the business for several decades and retire? Do you intend to protect the venture as a family business, and pass it down to your children? o    I think that my exit strategy is to stay with my business for as long as it is profitable and manageable for me. This could mean selling it in five years if I decide I cannot handle the business anymore and I just want to take my money and run. Or maybe I will handle the business for decades, just as long as its profitable and I can handle running the business. I think the next logical step for my service coffee on demand is that I should consider marketing my product to the demographic of people who do not consume coffee regularly. As of right now these potential customers have not been enticed to try coffee or have some sort of alternative to coffee that they prefer. I think that I could reach both of these groups of people by incentivizing people to try coffee, maybe in the from of offering their first order for free so they are open to trying coffee.
